TIFF ViewerTIFF ViewerTIFF Viewer is a basic viewer for greyscale TIFF files. There is as yet no zoom facility so it works best with 150 DPI scans (TIFF Slim can downscale 300 DPI scans to 150 DPI).
Drop the TIFF file into the main window. The file is loaded and uncompressed by a secondary thread, allowing the start of the file to be viewed while loading continues. The entire uncompressed image is loaded into memory, making scrolling very quick.
The displayed vertical orientation is determined by a flag in the TIFF header. TIFF Orientation can modify this if necessary.
The Left Mouse button displays the cursor's X, Y scan coordinates in pixels, as with CIS Viewer.
