CIS to MAPCIS to MAPCIS2MAP converts CIS roll scan image files into Wayne Stahnke's MAP format, suitable for processing with his punch matrix reconstruction software.

Scan lines at the start and end of the file may optionally be cropped off. Typically this is used to trim off the tapered leader or any edge damage at the start of a roll, but it also allows individual songs to be extracted from a compilation. By default, the entire scan is extracted.
The appropriate Y coordinates may be read off using CIS Viewer's left mouse button.
The margins may be cleared of any obstructions by filling them with white space. Allow enough leeway to prevent the roll edges from wandering into the margins and being clipped off.
The appropriate X coordinates may similarly be read off using CIS Viewer's left mouse button.
Optionally the MAP file can inherit the original file date and time of the CIS file.
