| Methods
of payment; |
| We accept all major credit
and debit cards, Postal Orders, Cash (sent by registered post),Sterling
Banker's Draft and cheques (please make payable to Crystalite
and ensure your name, address and cheque guarantee number are printed
on the
reverse). Please allow one week for
larger cheques to clear. |
| Delivery; |
A charge of £6
+ vat will be charged if the the courier has to come a second
time if no-one is at home.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3 working days.
Urgent orders will be dispatched on the same day (subject to availability) when
the order is placed before 10 a.m. Urgent and "Guaranteed By" delivery
times are only valid for mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Some
Scottish and Northern Ireland postcodes require an extra day for delivery.
N.B. Please include a daytime telephone number with your address when placing
your order. |
| Cancellations; |
| We recognise your consumer right
to cancel an order should the goods be not delivered by the time
agreed by ourselves or within 30 days if no agreement has been
made. Should you have a "change of mind" please notify us within
48 hours of ordering to obtain an alternative item or a full
refund. |
| Exports; |
We will inform you of carriage charges
to countries overseas when confirming your order. The prices
set out on this site include VAT at 17.5%. To calculate the amount
without VAT multiply prices by 0.8511.
Exchanges
Where a product has been incorrectly ordered by the purchaser and a replacement
is required we simply ask that the product be returned in a clean and unused
condition with original packaging, accompanied by the cost price of carriage
payment, the invoice number and day-time telephone number. |
| Returns; |
To cover delivery £6 + vat
will be charged if
an item has to be returned.
Upon receipt of your purchase, should you find it not suitable for your requirements,
you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund of the product price
providing the item is in a clean and unused condition and with its original packaging.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please package carefully
and enclose a note of explanation with your name, address, day-time telephone
number and invoice number. |

| 1. AVAILABILITY |
| Orders
are accepted subject to articles being in stock or available to us
from the manufacturers. We reserve the right to decline any order
which cannot be fulfilled by either means. |
| 2. DELIVERIES |

Whilst we endeavour
to fulfill orders promptly we accept no liability for delay in time of delivery. |

| Claims
for non-delivery of goods must be made within 7 days of receipt date
(you will receive a receipt under separate cover if requested). We
accept no liability for claims made after this time. If an article
has been damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of return postage
and replace if required and as availability allows. Crystalite accept
no further liability. Please inform us on day of delivery and return
product
with
original packaging. |

| This
contract is to be construed in accordance with English law and any
dispute is justiciable only in the English courts. |

N.B. For all returns
and exchanges we would recommend that an e-mail or phone call
(01603 404325) be made informing us of your intention. This will
help to process your request as swiftly as possible.
We recommend that items returned to us are sent by Recorded Delivery with compensation
paid.
N.B. In line with Health and Safety requirements, we ask that all goods returned
to us must be in a clean condition. |
