I.T. HELP NEEDED - Slimbridge Parish W.I. need help updating the website but can’t afford professional fees. We’re not looking for anything fancy - just a revamp of our existing site so we can tell people about what we do. If you are able to volunteer your skills we’d love to hear from you!

If you want update this site you will need to be a Plusnet Customer or you can't get access. If you can set up another one at no cost then great. Limiting point of the existing Plusnet one is that it has a limit of 50mb so no wordpress just good old html editors unless you know different. Contact Sarah Davis on facebook.

Welcome to the Slimbridge Parish Women’s Institute Website, we are part of the National Federation of Women’s Institutes (NFWI), the largest voluntary organisation for women in the UK, with 205,000 members in England, Wales and the Islands.

We play a unique role in providing women with educational opportunities and the chance to build new skills, to take part in a wide variety of activities and to campaign on issues that matter to you and your community and have fun and make friends.

We started in 2007 and have nearly 40 members ranging in age from 25 to 70 and have lively and informative meetings which have included Fashion advice with a trip to John Lewis, Pilates, Cheer-leading, Cooking Demonstrations, Drawing and even Tai Chi in the woods. We have more exciting trips and meetings planned for 2022.

Meetings the 2nd Wednesday each month at Slimbridge Village Hall unless otherwise stated & start at 7:45pm. Guests are charged £4.00
