Bookings
To book, you should ring Gill on 01253 720604 to confirm availability.  Bookings can also be made by email.  In both instances, the booking must be confirmed by sending a deposit of £ 50 per apartment, for each week booked.  (The address is on the right).  When sending your deposit, please include your name, address, telephone number(s) and the number of people in your party.  Please note, deposits are non-refundable.

There is a printable brochure available.  This can be completed and returned with your deposit.

Reservations can be made at any time in advance and secured with a deposit.  If you cancel within 28 days of the commencement of your stay, you will be responsible for the full balance.  Holiday insurance is strongly recommended.

Arrival and departures
Apartments are available from 2pm on the day of your arrival.  Apartments must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.  For us to maintain our high standards, we must be strict on these timings.

The balance on any apartment is payable on arrival.

All bed linen and tea towels are provided free of charge.  Guests will need to bring their own hand and bath towels.

Cots and high chairs
These are available on request.

Dogs
Dogs are accepted at the discretion of the proprietor.  Dogs should not be left alone in the apartments and are not permitted on the ornamental garden at the front of the property.  For exercising the beach is 300 yards away and Ashton gardens only 100 yards away.  Dogs should be kept on a lead in the communal areas of the stairs and hall.
