We are not professional film-makers, but we thought that prospective clients might find it useful to have a tour of the grounds and the villa. Because a full tour would create a very large file and take a very long time to download, we have broken the tour up into sections. if you have the patience to view all of them you will probably visit around 70 or 80% of the property.

We recommend that you view these videos in a window no larger than 10 cms by 8 cms, as the resolution is rather poor with larger windows.

This video takes you on a stroll along the track leading to the villa,across the front lawn and up on to the steps, giving you a panoramic view. Just double-click the photo to watch the video

This tour extends around the pool area from the house and around part of the grounds

This tour takes you from the front of the villa to near the end of the garden, going back along the track. It shows the extent of the grounds and the variety of bushes and trees.

This tour takes you from the rear of the villa to the end of the garden, on the villa side (there is a further garden on the garage side of the villa).

This tour takes in the grounds on the garage(s) side of the villa. This is the usual place for parking and approaching the villa,

This tour takes you through the rooms on the first floor of the villa, entered via the french doors on the living room, at the top of the steps.

This final tour takes you through the lower-ground floor. Entering via the main garage, you visit the Exercise Room with its shower room, the Games Room with its french-windows opening onto the pool and the Summer Kitchen.
