CumulusMX is a cross platform version of Cumulus software that runs on Microsoft Windows, all varieties of UNIX and Linux including the Raspberry Pi Operating System and Mac OS X. The updated CumulusMX engine and API run 24/7 here on a stand alone and upgraded 2Gb RAM 32Gb storage, Raspberry Pi 4b 64bit micro computer, with Pi OS "Bookworm" (Linux Debian 12, 64bit, with .NET8). The Pi's function's are to control the Gateway for the Weather Station, ensure the configuration, and the real-time processing of the weather station data stream, which it recieves over WiFi. The data packets are then sent over the Internet to this website, which it uploads every 16 seconds for real time information, and every 5 minutes for other weather updates.This Weather Station data joins and updates in real-time, a global network of Weather Stations.
