A large clamp firing of pottery may be carried out sometime soon. This will take a small army of helpers to prepare and construct the pottery and the actual firing clamp. Such a firing was done at Winterborne Monkton in 2004. Many lessons were learnt then and it is hoped a better attempt can be made in the light of subsquent experiments.
