As a corporate lawyer I have spent over 25 years advising businesses, so I have broad experience of business and financial issues. I help businesses with strategy, structure and financing - a friendly sounding-board for the CEO or entrepreneur. I can act as non-exec director, company secretary or just as a consultant and adviser.
In more traditional legal work, the core of what I do is corporate law: buying and selling companies and businesses, and raising capital for them through private investors, private equity or bank lending. I relish a challenge, and I most enjoy work where I can can make a real difference to the outcome. I love innovation, originality and lateral thinking.
